When your system is tired of holding everything
Maybe you’ve been strong for too long. You keep functioning, showing up, taking care of others, but inside something feels frayed, heavy, or strangely distant from who you used to be.
You might recognize yourself in some of these experiences:
- You feel emotionally exhausted, even when “nothing special” is happening.
- You notice old memories or situations still living in your body as tension, knots, or sudden waves of emotion.
- You oscillate between feeling “too much” and feeling completely numb.
- You are very good at coping, but inside you feel alone with what you carry.
- You sense that past experiences still influence your reactions, your relationships, your self-worth.
This space is not about judging how you “should” feel. It’s about gently meeting what is already there, with compassion, and giving your nervous system a chance to soften, little by little.
